Hey hey network! So I’ve been searching for a role over a year and have more than doubled my network connections, have had over 75 individual chats with industry professionals in looking to get to my next role. I’m really not sure what to do or what’s wrong. Does anyone know of anyone looking for their next team member? I completed PreSales Academy last March and have looked to get into solutions that are in industries I’ve worked in (Insurance and QA) with every thing I’ve tried I’ve had 1 interview process in over 300 applications. All of my connections seems to advise that they aren’t hiring OR when I do come accross roles there seems to be a fixation for hiring people who have counting years of experience with particular titles rather than skills. Somehow others that have been searching in much shorter time (in this market) than myself have found roles and as I celebrate them, I’m trying to get the across the line myself. I’d appreciate assistance with advice, feedback but mostly openings you have or are aware of. I’m not sitting on my hands, im not complaining or whining. I’m trying to figure this out. I’m actively watering the connections and am ready to make an impact. I KNOW I’m the guy for the job! Only because I KNOW be a strong presales professional have I not given up trying; thinking of new strategies and approaches. I’m commited, creative and coachable. I’m in the Atlanta area open to on site, hybrid or remote roles! Let me know your thoughts!
