The over all recognition is amazing but the Visual effect is terrible.... But here’s how it looks from the inside... Customers please don’t see intimidating standards....see commitment.... Here is how to look at your current Carrier....regardless of the company.. Naturally I asked about it as I'd never seen one before. I was told it's a visual representation of their team, all branches (people) together make up this majestic tree (their team). As new people join, the tree will continue to grow new branches. I love what this tree represents. The team love being part of this tree. To win a team award for Customer Service Excellence, every team member needs to contribute. They need to work as a team. They understand they are the first and last impression for the customer.
