I visited our client, Holmesglen, today to present the CSBA Association for Tertiary Education Management Customer Excellence Award. I noticed this ''Team Family Tree'' on display. Naturally I asked about it as I'd never seen one before. I was told it's a visual representation of their team, all branches (people) together make up this majestic tree (their team). As new people join, the tree will continue to grow new branches. I love what this tree represents. The team love being part of this tree. To win a team award for Customer Service Excellence, every team member needs to contribute. They need to work as a team. They understand they are the first and last impression for the customer.
