Our Client is a leading venture builder and one of the top Digital Entertainment and Communication Services providers inside and outside the MENA region. This role will be responsible for: -Managing relationship with very large enterprises like Google, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc. -Develop business with those large enterprises in the field of messaging and verification. -Reach out proactively to large enterprises across the world and sell our global connectivity solutions to them. -Evaluate, negotiate, and acquire key clients/partners in the field of enterprise messaging and communication. -Track all sales and acquisition activities on the system and ensure all accounts are updated regularly. -Communicate accounts and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments to be able to develop the product and whole solution provided. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field -Previous jobs in very large enterprises like Apple, Google, Facebook, etc. is a great plus -From 7 to 10 years of experience in business development -Exhibit strong experience of telecom trends in A2P and enterprise messaging with an ability to ideate and develop products to drive growth for the business. -Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, verbal, and written communication skills -Fluent in English -Solution selling: Account growth. 🌍 My Reflections on SaaS Sales Challenges and Opportunities in the EMEA Region As a SaaS sales professional, I frequently encounter the unique dynamics of the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). This diverse area presents both significant challenges and incredible opportunities for those who know how to adapt. Here are a few of my key observations. 🚀 🔹 Challenges I Face: 📊 Market Diversity: Each country in the region has its own expectations and needs for technology and cloud services. Tailoring our offerings and sales strategy to this mosaic of markets requires an in-depth understanding of local specifics—a real challenge, but also one that I find genuinely exciting. 🔒 Compliance and Regulations: Data protection rules like GDPR in Europe and various laws in the Middle East and Africa constantly push us to adjust our approaches. Although this can create additional costs and constraints, I’ve seen how a strong focus on compliance builds trust and strengthens client relationships. 🤝 Complexity of Distribution Channels: Reaching local segments often requires working with local partners. I’ve seen firsthand how crucial it is to invest in solid strategic partnerships to establish trust and effectively enter new markets. 🔹 Opportunities That Motivate Me: ☁️ Rapid Cloud Growth: The demand for SaaS solutions is booming in the region, largely to support companies’ digital transformations. For me, this growth is a unique chance for SaaS companies to make a real difference by supporting this evolution. 💡 Local Innovation: I’ve also noticed many local companies developing innovative solutions tailored to their market needs. This pushes us, as SaaS providers, to enrich our offerings and deliver custom integrations, a step I believe is essential to stand out. ❤️ Customer Loyalty Potential: As digitalization accelerates, offering a personalized, locally adapted experience is, in my opinion, the key to building durable trust and loyalty with clients. My Takeaway? 🤔 To succeed in the EMEA region, adopting a hyper-localized approach, building strong partnerships, and staying flexible to meet local demands and regulations are essential.
