We are currently in the full swing of BFCM and orders are increasing every moment. Many shipping partners will be busy fulfilling orders and are under immense pressure to meet the demand. But, have you let your customers know about the potential delays in shipping to manage their expectations and still maintain their trust in your brand? To ensure a smooth experience for our customers, It's essential to let them know that these types of occasions might occur and to make sure you will not experience concerns with your customers. Informing your customers about the possibility of delays is not just about transparency, it's a strategic move to prevent issues that could lead to order cancellations or returns. It's not too late to let them know, you can still give them a quick reminder.

Rethink Free Shipping: Set a Threshold for BFCM 🚚💰 As we gear up for BFCM, it’s essential to reconsider your shipping strategy. Here are some key points to consider: 👉Top Retailers Aren’t Offering Free Shipping Many leading retailers have moved away from offering free shipping as a standard practice. This shows that success can be achieved without relying solely on free shipping. 👉Establish a Free Shipping Threshold Setting a free shipping threshold at 50% to 75% of your Average Order Value (AOV) can motivate customers to spend more. This not only increases the average order size but also enhances your revenue. 3 Reasons to Set a Shipping Threshold Reason #01: Focus on Higher Value Customers: By not offering free shipping on every order, you can avoid the costs associated with low-value purchases. This helps protect your profit margins. Reason #02: Improve Margins on Low AOV: A shipping threshold allows you to keep higher profit margins on orders that would typically be less profitable. Reason #03: Encourage Larger Cart Sizes: When customers know they need to meet a certain amount to qualify for free shipping, they’re more likely to add extra items to their cart, boosting your sales.

Is your pricing correct this BFCM? If you're selling the same product but in different package sizes, double check your pricing. Check out this example: 250g is £5.85 500g is £20.99 1kg is £39.99 What's wrong with this? The fact I could order 1kg for just above the price of the 500g bag. or I could order 500g for half the price of a single 500g bag. They may have done this on purpose, but I'm guessing not. Go double check your pricing.

We stand by our promise to turn excess inventory into cash without any risk involved! A new client of AVX Returns decided to “try us out” with 25 pallets of stagnant goods in their warehouse… They were referred to us by a colleague and didn’t know what to expect. These pallets have been sitting and at this point they were sure they had to take a loss… In just ONE hour, of “trying us out” our efficient system had those pallets sold and on their way to new destinations! 💪🏻 Now that’s what we call a successful turnaround! #AVXReturns #FastReturns #eCommerce
