Leading organizational transformation ➡️ more engaged teams ➕️ increased revenue | 🤓 bookworm 📚 | According to my kiddos, Best Mommy Ever 🥰

I love a people-centric business story, and these workers' stories illustrate vibrant, inspiring career paths. From a Brazilian immigrant engineer to a ballet-dancing patient services leader, I see a few themes I believe we can all learn from! 🌟 Cross-functional expertise (or even non-expert experience) contributes depth and insight to our primary jobs. 🌟 Confidence works wonders. Employers can nurture confidence *while* supporting us in creating competence - it's not an either/or, but a both/and. 🌟 The best jobs for happy workers don't have one look or title... right fit varies by person. Follow your heart and your brain, ask for help, and have faith in yourself. 🌟 Strong, courageous leaders can change the channel in a toxic or too-tough work culture. Boston Globe Media Great feature, and the headline for me is that plenty of us are thriving at work, even and especially in challenging environments. Keep it coming! 👏
