There’s more to corporate training than delivery of sessions. You want to help people develop and support your firms success? Start expanding beyond delivering instructor led sessions. This is from a discovery call. 💡 Wanted to share because I am going to bet a lot of you might share the same info with me. Use Case: External client/customer training Current Situation: 🚫 No learning management system in place. 👨🏫 Training is done ad hoc. 📈 They realise if they want to scale this product they will need to put a system in place. They want to make sure clients are getting the most use out of the product which will increase usage and engagement. This will hopefully shorten the time to value of the product and increase sales. 😣 Pain points: Current process is very manual and won’t be scalable moving forward. A lot of training over zoom.
