Employee ownership allows working people to share in the success of the businesses they work for through incentives such as stock options and ownership trusts. One of our clients is the IPSA - Irish ProShare Association, which advocates for increased employee ownership in Ireland. It has always been very rewarding working with IPSA, not least at their recent Employee Share Ownership Day 2024 conference, where experts and leaders from the share plan community in Ireland and beyond gathered at PwC Ireland in Dublin to share ideas and provide insight into current and future trends across the sector.
