Frameboy - 3D & motion design’s Post

For three electrifying evenings, Stad Kortrijk became the heartbeat of immersive entertainment as during the Flanders Technology & Innovation festival, Hangar K and Barco teamed up to unveil the Club of the Future. With Barco's cutting-edge projection technology leading the charge, a former industrial hall by LandMarck was magically transformed into an immersive music temple. Jan Pauly, the organizer of the Club, approached us to establish a system capable of accommodating the unpredictable DJ sets in a venue devoid of physical lighting. We devised a solution that seamlessly integrated pre-animated light animations and effects custom made for the venue with live VJ performances by Nele Fack & Felix Ysenbaert, ensuring a dynamic visual experience throughout the event. Thank you Jan Pauly, Vincent Vanderbeck, Jan De Keyser, ARF & YES, Ludovic Beun and the entire FTI Kortrijk and Hangar K team for taking us along this exciting journey.
