Which may sound weird, because on its face, maybe a brand isn’t supposed to be vulnerable or demonstrate any weakness. But it’s just an indication of our commitment to risk taking and our comfort with a lack of certainty.” 2️⃣ “The credibility aspect for us is: Do your products do what you say they’re gonna do […] We have a lot of conviction in the science and efficacy of our products and we’re comfortable introducing entirely new concepts to parents. When we do that, and when we win, it really enforces a deeper connection with the consumer in a very meaningful way.” 3️⃣ “Authenticity plays a big role. And for us, we accomplish that through content creation. Really raw, really realistic portrayals of the experience.
