I had a startling encounter at a supermarket recently A stranger approached me, asked my name, and then brazenly declared his intention to marry me - without even introducing himself! I felt irritated and taken aback by his audacity. The idea of committing to someone I had just met was unthinkable. This experience drew a parallel to customer journeys. Just as I wasn't ready to trust a stranger, customers won't commit to a brand they don't trust. Before making a purchase, they want to get to know you, build trust, and decide if they want to engage with your product or service. To foster a successful customer journey, follow these steps: 1. Awareness: Craft engaging content that captures attention and introduces your brand. 2. Interest: Share valuable insights that showcase your expertise and build trust. 3. Desire: Highlight the unique benefits and value proposition of your product or service. 4. Action: Make it seamless for customers to take the next step, whether signing up for a newsletter or making a purchase. 5. Retention: Nurture relationships through personalised communication and exceptional customer service. Remember, building trust takes time and effort. Focus on creating genuine connections with your customers, and they'll be more likely to become loyal advocates for your brand. #customerjourney #digitalmarketing #trustbuilding" Happy week LinkedIn Fam 🌻

When it comes to connecting with customers, sometimes the little things matter the most. When a company takes the time to personally reply to a customer, it shows they really care. This small step can lead to big wins: 🌟 Making customers more loyal ❤️ Building a passionate group of fans ✅ Showing that the brand is real and trustworthy 📈 Increasing the company's success 🤝 Creating strong connections with customers 📢 Getting useful feedback and ideas All these great outcomes come from just listening and responding to what customers have to say. It shows that small acts of kindness are key to building a strong community around a brand. Companies need to make sure they always respond to their customers and take their messages seriously. Answering every email is more than just good service; it inspires, builds loyalty, and shows the company as a group of people who share dreams and goals. Your actions show how much community matters and highlight the power of even the smallest gestures. Real connections are made through simple, thoughtful moments. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤? 𝘓𝘦𝘵’𝘴 𝘣𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘵: 𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬, 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨? In a world where consumers are craving genuine connections, relying 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐥𝐲 on polished ads is like serving plain toast at a brunch—totally underwhelming! Customers are done with the same old sales pitches; they want 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, and 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. If your brand isn’t tapping into this, you could be leaving a whole buffet of cash on the table. So, what’s holding you back? Are you ready to ditch the fluff and let authenticity steal the show? Your brand’s next big moment might just be one honest review away! #Quoli #RealTalk #CustomerFirst #BrandRevolution #AuthenticityMatters

I recently listened to an old How to Fail episode with Trinny Woodall Hearing her talk about Trinny London reminds me that truly customer-centric brands tend not to bang on about being customer-led or even use that language, it’s just in their DNA. Shortly after launch in 2017, the brand noticed multiple Facebook groups popping up with customers spontaneously chatting, recommending and reviewing their products. Trinny London offered these Facebook groups a logo and name - Trinny Tribes - which today has grown to a network of 34 regionalized Facebook groups in 17 countries. Each group is managed by a customer and no money changes hands. The community team responds to every single comment across all social channels, with Trinny herself saying she looks at them everyday, describing the community as the brand’s harshest critic and biggest champion. In giving power and a platform to this community of loyal (and noisy) customers across the world it’s created a dialogue and constant source of insight which organically helps to shape the range. “It gives us a sense of what are women thinking and feeling… you need that barometer whatever you’re making or selling, you need to understand how people feel at that moment in time and what you’re doing for them”. A digital-first customer closeness approach that has helped to fuel their rapid growth… and it all started with a customer called Kelly in the NorthWest. Good story. Great strategy. #customerledbrand #customercloseness #wreninsight

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas… Except for these hot tips from our CEO Chelsea M.R. Hirschhorn. She spoke on a panel at Shoptalk last week and spilled the tea on how we’ve built Frida into the trusted parenting brand it is today, 10 years after launching the OG NoseFrida… 1️⃣ “At Frida, trust is really equal parts credibility, authenticity, and a little bit of vulnerability. Which may sound weird, because on its face, maybe a brand isn’t supposed to be vulnerable or demonstrate any weakness. But it’s just an indication of our commitment to risk taking and our comfort with a lack of certainty.” 2️⃣ “The credibility aspect for us is: Do your products do what you say they’re gonna do […] We have a lot of conviction in the science and efficacy of our products and we’re comfortable introducing entirely new concepts to parents. When we do that, and when we win, it really enforces a deeper connection with the consumer in a very meaningful way.” 3️⃣ “Authenticity plays a big role. And for us, we accomplish that through content creation. Really raw, really realistic portrayals of the experience. Not in an attempt to instill fear, but in an attempt to introduce honesty and candor to the conversation.” Soooo, let us know–which conference or trade show should we hit up next? #corporateleadership #brandbuilding #marketing #retail
