Getting mentor is a fate Getting a mentor is a fate. Someone may have a great mentor and someone hasn't. Some who haven't a mentor can take whoever is an inspiration as a mentor. In my case, I might not have a mentor. But I found them. 🌟 I'm grateful to have these people as mentors even though I've never seen them. Director Ram & Mysskin. Yeah, they're mentors. We have a lot of mentors for our typical education standard. But these people are different from them. 🙌 They are guiding me to lead a peaceful life. In fact, we are all always searching for any peace. I'm finding peace through their influence and ideologies. I see them as therapists. We can easily cure our physiological problems. But psychological problems can't be easily cured. 🧠 There are many teachings from them that make me search for a larger happiness in life. They don't let me feel frustrated even when I fail. They're giving me the most important meanings of life. Understanding people, nature, life, birds, etc. 🌱 These people give me hope when I feel depressed. And they give me great psychological solace. Sometimes I feel a large piece of peace while they talk. 😌 I'll say these people are guiding me to live a good sociological life by providing deeper psychological solace... 🌟 Don't judge a man, just try to understand them - Ram #BuidYourStoryPills #ThinkDigitalCommunity #mentorship #mentor #motivation #hope #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth

A Teacher's Nightmare: A tip on how to tackle it. Every summer, as the start of the school year draws near, many teachers experience a recurring nightmare. In this unsettling dream, they arrive at school, walk into their classroom, and suddenly realize they've forgotten to wear their clothes. Panic sets in, and they feel utterly exposed in front of their students. This nightmare isn't just about a fear of embarrassment; it's a reflection of something deeper—the vulnerability teachers feel when standing before a classroom, and the persistent doubt of "Am I good enough?" This fear of not measuring up, of being an imposter in their own classroom, can haunt even the most seasoned educators. But what if there was a way to ease this anxiety? Here's a tip that might help: Change how you see your students. The next time you feel that pang of self-doubt, take a moment to visualize that all the students in front of you are clones of yourself. Imagine them as younger versions of you—eager, curious, and ready to learn. They aren't there to judge you; they are there to learn from you, to grow with you. By seeing your students as reflections of yourself, you can tap into a sense of empathy and connection. It becomes easier to relate to them, to understand their fears and insecurities, and in turn, to quieten your own. This shift in perspective can transform that feeling of vulnerability into a powerful reminder that you are exactly where you need to be, sharing your knowledge and guiding others on their journey. So, the next time you wake up from that nightmare, smile at it: after all you realize that you are more than enough. Your students are there to learn from you, and you have everything you need to help them succeed. #teachers #educators #coaching

One of the great lessons I learnt when mentoring and teaching young people (and young adults) was that, when they set themselves some specific personal best goals that were realistic, achievable and realistic, with the support of a non-judgmental cheerleader, they found new meaning and purpose in life. #coaching #goalsetting #relationships #lifelessons #life #mentorship

These words below from a parent literally made me cry tears of joy It comes from a parent whose son enrolled in my coaching service at Classroom Without Walls The parent is correct I take a completely different, scientific approach to help young people reclaim their confidence, motivation, and future success ---- My perspective is that NO child is broken I do NOT buy into that I genuinely believe every kid is a good kid They have struggles and challenges, but they are good kids ---- In fact, my favorite students are NOT those who have never failed But those who have failed and struggled, and have worked hard to overcome their struggles and challenges These students have successfully *leveraged* their struggles to become better, stronger, more resilient, and more purpose-driven people ---- And that's exactly what happened to this young man ⬇️ here When he and I just started our coaching relationship, he seriously struggled with his mental state, frequently experiencing anxiety attacks As a result, his confidence and motivation hit rock bottom Through my innovative coaching system and one-on-one support, he has become a new person He is showing up in life with confidence, resilience, determination, and resourcefulness These are incredible qualities that are making him become the leader that he is meant to be As a coach, these are valuable gifts that I helped him uncover that he will carry for the rest of his life ➡️ This makes me feel so good! ---- Finally, as I always say: 👉 No child is broken, regardless of how bad the current situation is 👉 Challenge WITHOUT support can be quite dangerous 👉 Challenge WITH support will lead to ➡️ growth + transformation (And this is exactly what happened to this young man here) ---- So, parents, don't be afraid of your child's challenges Embrace them; empower your child and provide them with trusted support If you are interested in learning more about my one-on-one coaching service, send me a private message (price is increasing in Sept 🙂) #LifeCoach #CareerCoach #ClassroomWithoutWalls

I have volunteered with the MicroMentor project for almost a year. Most of my interactions have been one time. They just need a knowledge person to bounce something off of or to get validation to their thoughts. Others have been 3 or 4 meetings over several months. Every one needs an advisor once in a while. #MicroMentor #construction #mentoring
Stuck trying to solve a tricky challenge? Try a Micro Mentor We’ve all been there at one time or another, caught in a doom loop over some problem that just doesn’t seem to have an answer. You’ve ruminated for hours looking for a solution but can’t see a way out. It’s starting to affect your sleep. At this point, you don’t need a long-term relationship with a mentor. You just need to get things moving on your problem. We often think about mentors as creating long-term relationships that help to guide us through some transition or growth path we hope to have laid out before us. But mentor relationships don’t have to last for months or years. Sometimes we find someone who is in exactly the right place at the right time to get us through a single challenge or over some imposing obstacle. I think of those as micro mentors. Try finding a micro mentor. Chances are there is someone in your circle who has been where you are. They could be sitting across the hall from you right this minute. It could be a client or a family member. The fact is that simply talking your problem out to another might just be enough to break your mental block. Go find that person.

🤩 My students and their transformations are my sources of inspiration 🦋 Many of them have worked so hard to overcome the old versions of themselves 👏 This student here is such a perfect and inspiring example 👏With the support of my coaching and our unique system, she has overcome so many old patterns such as procrastination, struggles with school, social isolation, lack of confidence, etc 🔥 In four months, she got her power back ➡️ I am so honored to be her coach ➡️ I am so blessed to witness her transformation ➡️ I am so excited that she’s excited about her future She shared with me that her dream is to earn a PhD in economics I have no doubt that she’s going to be an amazing economist! As she said in this video herself, it will only be a matter of time for her to achieve her dream I absolutely love her vision and determination I am so proud of her! —— Here’s the message that I want to share with fellow parents 👉 As parents we often have the desire to eliminate all the struggles for our kids and want to make their life easier But I see it the other way 💪 There’s no need to be afraid of challenges and struggles With the right support, challenges and struggles are perfect opportunities to help our kids build the skillset and mindset that they need to reach their goals I would be more concerned if a kid has never experienced struggles and failures in their lives And building their skillset and mindset is exactly what I help teenagers and young adults accomplish at Classroom Without Walls My goal is to empower them with strong wings so that they can fly and soar As I always say ⬇️ 📌 Your child is not broken 📌 With the right support, they can reclaim their confidence and motivation, and actually become stronger —— 💬 If you are interested in learning more about my customized one-on-one coaching program, comment “coaching” below and I will reach out to you 💬 If you are interested in learning more about my framework and methodology, comment “training” below and I will send you the link to watch a super powerful free training that I just recorded a few days ago #LifeCoach #CareerCoach #ClassroomWithoutWalls

Coaching Teens to Overcome Academic Pressure and Low Motivation For the third week of our 6-week journey, we’re focusing on a common challenge for teens—academic pressure and low motivation. These can often lead to stress, self-doubt, and even burnout. As a parent-coach, your role is crucial in helping your teen manage these pressures constructively and regain their motivation. Instead of focusing solely on grades and outcomes, shift the focus to the effort and progress your teen is making. By working together to set realistic goals and develop a study plan, you can help them build the confidence and drive they need to keep moving forward. Here are a few coaching strategies to support your teen: 🍃 Set realistic goals: Break down larger tasks into manageable steps. This makes their academic workload feel less overwhelming and helps them stay motivated. 🍃 Focus on effort, not just results: Praise your teen for their hard work and persistence, not just the outcome. This reinforces the idea that growth comes through effort. 🍃 Celebrate small wins: Recognize and celebrate progress, no matter how small. This helps boost their confidence and keeps them motivated to tackle bigger challenges. 🍃 Reframe setbacks: Help your teen view setbacks as temporary and part of the learning process. Encourage them to reflect on what they can do differently next time, building their resilience and problem-solving skills. By adopting these strategies, you can support your teen in overcoming academic stress and fostering a growth mindset that will serve them well throughout their life. 📖 For more on nurturing a growth mindset, check out Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol S. Go Yee and Mentor Talent and skills aren’t enough for success! There is more to that. Discussions have evolved around nature and nurture, a child with dominant genes for tallness needs meticulous nurturing to achieve this innate potential. Growing in a wretched environment disorients innate potential! Mentorship is equivalent to nurturing; it is the channel to actualizing innate potential. The holy book elucidates on this topic, focusing on the Messianic story of the great man who fathomed the significance of mentorship, he excelled in this and had disciples. The twelve mentees, he taught them to pray, minister, cast out demons and more. Was this necessary? Actually, his course was propagated by his disciples during his era and after his demise. This underscores the role of mentor. Do you have to meet Messiah’s profile to be a great mentor? You just need to have the zeal to mentor, just like the way vegans extols the virtues of veganism. To be mentored just like learning you just have to be a foolish beginner, yearning to learn and follow scrupulously. And not in the religious cultism way, that has been on the rise, am digressing! In my home town, I heard case of blacksmith who excelled in making Jikos for cooking with sawdust as fuel. He had mastered his craft. Getting your Jiko made or repaired entailed waiting for not less than two months due to the orders. Sadly, last year he died with his skills! He didn’t have even a disciple in his work yard, what a loss! He was determined to preserve his skills to avoid competition just like the servant who buried the coins to avoid making the master rich. In short, Him and the coin were buried with their potential. Its time to take the intention and action to mentor or seek mentorship. Its two ways, it will give you an opportunity to transcend time/generation, you are a mortal being! “ _The more responsibility you take on, the more meaning your life has_ ” ~ Jordan B ~John Wanjiru Psychotherapist #mentorshipmatters

If you are a parent, educator, coach …. there are a couple ways you can look at a child’s behaviours. You can see it as deliberate disrespect. Or You can see it as, they are having a hard time navigating emotions like, fear, anger, sadness, anxious. Depending on which one you chose to filter the child’s behaviour through - it will impact not only how you respond but ultimately how you see them!
