surgery of craniopharyngioma is a big deal.during last 20 years we shift to do that through endoscopic endonasal. but open approach still applies a lot. about 60 % of case we do by ETSS. this is one of transcranial cases. A transcallosal or interhemispheric approach is recommended for this patient due to the tumor extending into the third ventricle.
