Ever wondered if a soft drink could protect our planet AND taste spectacular? Well, we did! Our wonderfully ambitious mission was to create a drink that would tick not one, not two, but three splendid boxes: 🌟 It simply had to taste absolutely spectacular (We're properly chuffed with our Great Taste Award) 🌱 It needed to be genuinely good for you (100% daily vitamins and a brilliant immunity boost) 🌍 And it had to cherish our planet (As a certified ClimatePartner we're fiercely devoted to our carbon neutral status and to always being plastic-free) The result? Gunna's Better Made Lemonade - a bit of soft drinks magic already delighting taste buds nationwide. We've bottled up wellness and sustainability without sacrificing an ounce of deliciousness. Let's talk Toast. 🍞 We’ve been working with Toast Brewing for over six years, and their mission is more relevant than ever. Why? Toast Ale isn’t just brewing great beer (which, I must add, they do very well), they’re tackling one of the biggest culprits of food waste in the UK: Bread. 15 million tonnes of bread is wasted every year, and Toast Ale turns this waste into a tasty, sustainable brew. 🍺♻️ What’s really exciting is seeing how brands like Toast are leading the way, showing that health, sustainability, and fun can all go hand in hand. I’m genuinely proud to be part of their journey, taking care of the logistics so they can focus on what they do best. But here’s the question: How do you see the drinks industry balancing fun with healthier, eco-conscious choices? Are we heading toward a new standard where these values naturally crossover?

Is your lunchtime sandwich bigger than you think? 🌍🍞 #Sustainability #FoodForThought" Consider this: Every time you sit down to eat, you’re not just feeding yourself. You're playing a part in a much bigger picture. Sounds dramatic, right? But let me explain... Here's the frightening reality: when it comes to the full price of our food, we often only consider the money leaving our pockets. But there's a hidden cost—a cost to our planet. Consider the simple burger. Not just the price of beef, bread, and chips. But the water used to grow the wheat, the fuel consumed in transport, the greenhouse gases emitted—every meal has a footprint. But here's the good news: you have the power to change this narrative. Imagine if we could transform our food culture into something more conscious, more sustainable? Before you next takeout order, ask yourself, what's the real cost of this meal? This ISN'T about guilt. It's about awareness, re-evaluating our choices, and understanding the broader implications of every bite we take. So, let's get the conversation started: how can we make our meals cost less to the Earth? What are your eco-friendly food habits? How can we make more sustainable choices? Let's build a better future, one bite at a time. Join the conversation. Like if you agree and share to make others aware. Let's eat smarter, together. #SustainabilityJobs #GreenCareers #EcoFriendlyJobs #SustainableWork #RestaurantJobs #HospitalityCareers #FoodIndustryJobs #SustainableHospitality #EcoFriendlyEats #GreenRestaurants #SustainableFood #FarmToTable #LocallySourced #ZeroWasteKitchen #EthicalEating #GreenBusiness #SustainableLiving #EcoFriendlyWorkplace #FoodSustainability #SustainableDining

Today marks the UN's 45th World Food Day, this year's theme is centred around food for a better future. Here at Too Good To Go, this World Food Day we are celebrating 5 years of our 'Look, Smell, Taste' initiative - an initiative to encourage consumers to use their senses to save good food from going to waste. In Europe, 10% of all domestic food waste is a result of confusion around date labels. We have partnered with a whole host of consumer food brands from likes of Danone and Bel through to Nestlé and Unilever to print our 'Look, Smell, Taste: Don't Waste' message on the pack of their Best Before products. This simple message acts as a behavioural nudge to remind consumers that food is still good to consumer after its Best Before date. To date, our label is printed on 6 billion products annually, across 500 brands in 14 countries.
