The new loyalty landscape New consumer research by Zonal and CGA by NIQ looks at guest loyalty towards hospitality brands, and how this has been affected by the rising cost of living. 🚀 Insights from Atliq Hospitality: July and August 2016 Analysis 🚀 This dashboard reveals some intriguing trends and actionable insights for Atliq Hospitality over the summer months of July and August 2016. Here's a quick summary: 📈 Revenue and Cancellations: Significant revenue boost in July and August. However, we faced a substantial loss of $991K due to cancellations in these months. 🔍 Key Observations: Average Daily Rate (ADR): Higher in July and August, coupled with lower cancellation rates. Contrastingly, January, March, and November saw higher cancellations despite lower ADR. Cancellation Patterns: Peaks observed from Monday to Saturday, with the highest on Monday. Booking Trends: Summer bookings within 0-30 days exhibited high cancellations, possibly influenced by the high ADR. 💡 Recommendations: Overbook Summer Reservations: To mitigate cancellations and optimize revenue. Focus on Short-term Bookings: Especially within the 0-30 day window during the summer. Adjust ADR: Lowering the ADR might reduce the cancellation rate, enhancing overall revenue stability.
