The show shines a spotlight on Stefan Soloviev, the visionary founder of this innovative, fully integrated operation, which spans an impressive 400,000 acres of farming and ranching land. What I find particularly intriguing about Crossroads Agriculture is its commitment to redefining the boundaries of agriculture, championing a holistic approach that not only boosts crop yields but also prioritizes environmental stewardship and social responsibility. Regenerative agriculture is transforming how we grow food, restore ecosystems, and fight climate change. One example? Adopting integrated landscape management 🌱🌳 There is a wealth of evidence that regenerative practices - such as growing cover crops, agroforestry, or integrating crop and livestock production on farms - can rebuild soil health, protect water resources, restore biodiversity and strengthen communities.
