Many overcomplicate EHS culture, making it rigid and top-down. But real impact comes from simplicity and collaboration. Start doing: Consult and engage with your teams Why? People feel empowered and invested when they're part of the process. Start doing: Ask for input and let others lead. Why? Solutions crafted by teams are more practical and widely adopted. Start doing: Let go of perfection and embrace progress. Why? A collective approach moves things forward faster than chasing "ideal." The catch? Success lies in empowering your team, not dictating their steps. What's the biggest hurdle you've faced in creating an engaged EHS culture?

In Brief •Establishing a safety-first culture is a critical but challenging aspect of any safety program. Organizations must shift from perceiving safety as a mere compliance requirement to a core value ingrained in the company's operations and, by extension, culture. •This cultural transformation requires commitment from all levels of the organization, from top executives to frontline staff. Leaders play a key role in driving this change by consistently demonstrating their dedication to safety through their actions and choices. •The success of this cultural shift can be gauged through various metrics. Measures such as employee engagement scores, the number of safety suggestions received, and the outcomes of culture surveys offer valuable insights. •Furthermore, a decrease in safety incidents and an increase in proactive safety behaviors among employees serve as crucial indicators of progress. •With the above in mind, and implementing targeted measures, organizations not only address current safety issues but also establish a foundation for a sustained commitment to workplace safety. This, in turn, benefits employees, fosters a more productive environment, and ultimately enhances the organization's long-term profitability. #SafetyCulture #WorkplaceSafety #EmployeeEngagement

"Leading With Compliance" Workshop Series We believe compliance is more than a checklist—it’s the foundation of safety, quality, and trust that drives our success. This November, our General Director Vu Ta has hosted the "Leading With Compliance" workshop series, engaging field supervisors from the Head Office and all Branches. Through 7 workshops, we aim to create a welcoming and open forum where field supervisors can directly share their viewpoints with the General Director about critical compliance topics such as adhering to procedures, ensuring workplace safety, and maintaining quality standards. They’ve had the opportunity to highlight what’s working well, propose ideas for improvement and affirm their own commitment to compliance. The initiative does not stop at listening. It’s about action. Our Management Team will review the feedbacks to define and implement follow-up actions. The status of follow-up actions will also be regularly updated to field supervisors, demonstrating the company’s commitment to building a supportive, compliance-focused culture. Why this matters? 💡 Leadership in Action: Our General Director’s involvement showcases how leadership is directly connected to our daily operations, fostering trust and alignment. 💡 Employee Empowerment: These workshops give our field teams a voice, recognizing their expertise and contributions to shaping safer, higher-quality workplaces. 💡 Commitment to Change: Transparency in follow-up actions ensures accountability, reinforcing our shared commitment to safety and excellence. This initiative is not just a moment—it’s a movement toward continuous improvement. Together, we are shaping a safer, more resilient, and more collaborative future. #ComplianceCulture #SafetyFirst #QualityMatters #LeadershipInAction #ContinuousImprovement #StrongerTogether #TeamSchindler
