New features worked on the whole summer which are soon released with new web and communication. 2. Setting up strategic partnerships for short-term growth to expand team and take on two verticals simultaneously 3. Preparing In-depth Sales workshop in Norway for impressive start-ups 4. Market research in Sweden for a Finnish Start-up 5. Doubling sales team keep on beating YoY comparisons and looking into new markets. 6. Analysing new investment cases, and one that we have been following for years is about to hit our "sweet spot". Will that be our partnerships 5th investment 7. New entrepreneur-customer being onboarded 8. Ongoing dialogues to open up the Nordic Market for a European Scale up Is it relaxing for you to work in several companies at the same time?

As we soak up the sun, we want to share some insights on digitalization in the public sector from this year’s Almedalsveckan. Key Insights from Almedalen 2024: • Digitalization Progress: Slow due to legacy systems and cautious approaches. • Collaboration Needs: Unified infrastructure and standards are crucial. • Leadership Role: Essential for driving AI and digital transformation. • Innovation Culture: Fostering psychological safety in the workforce. • Agile Development: Emphasizing small, iterative processes for effective implementation. There are so many smart and engaged people working on digitalizing the public sector in Sweden, and everyone agrees that the only direction to take is forward. Strongly agree with the impact that internal tech conferences can have. At the FT we could see it breaking down silos: not just learning from other teams but understanding the different constraints they might be working within. They provide a way for people to try out public speaking - especially good if you can offer upfront feedback from experienced speakers, because the better the talk you give, the better your experience. They also let you explore areas where there isn't yet consensus. For example, over the years of running an internal conference at the FT we had panels talking about how much responsibility developers were taking or should be taking for the things they built ("you build it, you run it?"), and we looked at whether developers wanted more autonomy or more of a standard path to production. Sometimes, what we heard wasn't what we'd expected!

Closing Out October, Powering Up for November “October was all about building—building connections, building solutions, and building up the energy for what’s next. As November rolls in, I’m more ready than ever to make things happen.” This past month has been a transformative journey, with much growth and a few proud milestones. It’s amazing how a month can bring so many “aha” moments, each one laying down the path for what’s ahead. I am very proud to share a few milestones with everyone: 🔗 Strengthening Partnerships: This month, I had the opportunity to connect deeply with leaders in tech and BPO—sharing ideas, learning about their challenges, and seeing firsthand how we at AmplifAI can help turn their visions into action. I left each meeting inspired and excited to dive deeper. 📈 Driving Operational Excellence: We rolled out big initiatives, client implementation and optimizing our tracking for better performance insights. Each of these is a step toward building smoother, smarter workflows for our partners. Small tweaks, big impact. 🏆 Celebrating Team Wins: AmplifAI was recently recognized as a Gartner ‘Cool Vendor’—a huge honor for everyone on the team. Working with such innovative people and clients truly keeps me inspired and motivated, reminding me how meaningful our work is. 🌱 Personal Growth: October also brought a lot of growth for me. I’ve been balancing work and wellness, finding time for things like morning and evening walks, cooking, and spending time with family. I’ve felt more energy and focus coming into each day, and I’m carrying that momentum into the next months. November isn’t just the next step but a step up for next level. This month, I’m diving head-first into more opportunities, bigger challenges, and more aggressive growth strategies. There’s a lot to look forward to, from new projects to more chances to connect with our partners in this region and who knows, other parts of the world. Thank you for being part of this journey. Do you remember your first month in a new role? New challenges, fast learning, and finding your rhythm. We recently asked our recent teammates how their first month went—and what they’re excited to build next at Aria. Hélène kicked things off by tailoring pricing to match each client’s needs, diving deep into financial details. Adrien took on a similar challenge, diving into the richness of Aria’s operating models to support our partners. What’s next for them? Adrien is turning his insights into trust and compliance strategies that grow with Aria, while Hélène is focused on internationalizing accounting processes to support our growth as we scale. On the HR side, Guillaume is all about creating a culture where the team feels supported and connected. His focus? Bringing Aria’s HR DNA to life—like making sure every newcomer feels at home from day one. And Anthony? He spent his first month shaping Aria’s 2025 sales strategy—unlocking new markets while strengthening our core. Guided by a key question—“If I invest €1, how much revenue will it generate?”—he’s building a scalable, agile sales engine, all while keeping fun in the process. Four new teammates. Joining a new company is always a challenge; especially while a start up becomes a scale up: team is rapidly growing from a family "two pizza team" size to a "let's conquer the world with our army" framework. I am so glad I joined Aria though because we made the choice to be really ambitious by leveraging expertise and not an army of freshies. I’m convinced Aria can 10x its activity in just a few years, and my biggest ambition is to help drive that growth while preserving what makes us strong: our team and our values. We’re a small, highly efficient group relative to the results we deliver, we are hands on experts who can quickly moves from strategy to operations or vice versa, and the real challenge will be maintaining that dynamic. What I learned with Amazon frugality is scarcity fuels innovation and efficiency, and we’ve built a culture of solving problems creatively, finding out-of-the-box solutions—and having a lot of fun along the way! My goal is obviously to generate incremental revenue, and to do so I have chosen to focus on industrializing our sales approach and build a revenue engine driven by automation - of course not alone, Tsanta Célia Rabemananjara, Hawaï Maarek & Tom Lamb are the best coworkers to drive this. The objective is simple: at any moment, we should be able to answer in under a minute, “If I invest €1, how much revenue will it generate?”. This is how we unlock new market segments to fuel growth while staying competitive in our core segments that drive the bulk of our revenue!
