We are honored to share that our Chairman, Noke Kiroyan, recently participated in the 6th ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day at Hotel Mulia Jakarta. This event gathered distinguished experts in international arbitration to discuss significant developments and challenges within the Indonesian landscape. During the 'Fireside Chat: Capitalizing on Change and Successful Business Practices in Indonesia', Noke engaged in an insightful dialogue with Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Their conversation illuminated Indonesia's ever-evolving investment landscape, particularly for emerging businesses, highlighting the importance of adapting to changing arbitration practices. They emphasized how innovation and flexibility are key to achieving sustainable success in this dynamic environment. The event also featured four meaningful sessions that explored arbitral procedures, recent developments in arbitration law and practice, the transformative role of technology in dispute resolution, and the drafting of arbitral awards. Thought-provoking addresses from industry leaders, including Tejus Chauhan, Director of Arbitration & ADR, South Asia, ICC Dispute Resolution Services, and the Honorable Justice I Gusti Agung Sumanatha, Chief of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, set the stage for these discussions.
