Olson recently started the Core Value Awards here at our companies. Each quarter he sends out a handcrafted award to each team member that was voted by their peers. Not picked by management or the owners. Do I still get nervous about award presentations? Yes. Why? Because I care. Hoop and our Hoopies mean everything to me and I want to make them proud.
