It is so easy to get caught up in the routines of life so much so that we forget why we work, why we have families or like spending time with people we care about, and what we used to love to do. In this episode, we explore how to get back to those things that bring us joy so that we reconnect with what matters. #mindfulness #peace #calm #executivecoach #executivepresence

Here are the top 10 takeaways I shared with Lexi on her podcast, “A Quest for Wholeness,” in episode #20 titled From Fear to Love. I’m curious to know which resonates most with you! Understanding Fear & Love: I talked about how fear shows up as anxiety, stress, anger, and resentment, while love brings us closer to our true selves. Mindfulness & Awareness: We discussed how the power of mindfulness and creating stillness can foster awareness and help shift us from fear to love. Healing Post-Pandemic: Many of us are still feeling drained from the pandemic. We explored how important it is to focus on healing instead of just jumping back into our old routines. Embracing Stillness: Whether it’s through meditation, yoga, or spending time in nature, finding moments of stillness helps us reconnect with ourselves and better understand our needs. Practicing Self-Compassion: I’m a big fan of self-compassion. Being mindful of our feelings, treating ourselves kindly, and recognizing that we all share similar struggles can really soften our inner critic. Managing Overwhelm: When life feels overwhelming, it’s crucial to acknowledge it, practice self-compassion, and re-evaluate our commitments to reduce stress. Setting Boundaries: Setting boundaries based on what truly matters helps us manage our time and energy more effectively. Honest Communication: Open communication, especially when feeling overwhelmed, can lead to better solutions and less stress. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Don’t carry the burden alone. Reaching out for help can lead to creative solutions and shared responsibilities. Courage in Honesty: Being honest in our interactions, even when it’s tough, can help build trust and create stronger relationships. We all know these principles, but practicing them is another story. I know I forget sometimes. How about you? Which point resonates most deeply with you right now? #Podcast #FromFeartoLove #Mindfulness #SelfCompassion #Healing #Wholeness #QuestForWholeness #PersonalGrowth #EmotionalWellbeing #InnerPeace #MentalHealth #SelfLove #Authenticity #HealingJourney #PositiveVibes #StressRelief #MindfulLiving
