This progress report not only can serve as a report on how federal entities have approached the goals of STEM education strategic plan since 2018 but if you read line by line you can truly get a sense of the importance of leveraging partnerships for the advancement of STEM. Partnerships and collaboration not only help reduce duplication of efforts but allow for a larger impact. Through the years we have done a fantastic job of creating STEM awareness and gaining buy in from all stakeholders whether at the federal, state or local level. Now we utilize the mantra “it takes a village” and work toward saturation of high quality STEM programs and opportunities as well as authentic learning for ALL students.
