Taking time to replenish your mental health is like filling your cup with self-care and positivity. It's about nourishing yourself emotionally, mentally, and spiritually to ensure you have the energy and resilience to face life's challenges. Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup. What does that mean? This means when a person cannot give to others if we are not taking care of ourselves. We can be emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted to the point that we have nothing left to give, our cup is empty. What are ways that we can fill our cup? Basically, anything we can do as self care. The graphic shows some examples on ways to fill your cup. I challenge you to make time for yourself each day to fill your cup. Mahalo for caring about your mental well-being! For more tips about mental health, like this post and follow us on Facebook and Instagram! #SCCHawaii #SamaritanHawaii #MentalHealth #fillyourcup
