FROM TEMPORARY RELIEF TO LASTING HEALTH: SHOBHA'S WELLNESS SUCCESS! Shobha had been struggling with digestive issues for a long time. Bloating, heartburn and stomach pain were constant companions, disrupting her daily life. Despite trying different medications and diets, she only found temporary relief, leaving her frustrated and searching for a lasting solution. One day, Shobha confided in the mother of one of her former students, who happened to be a wellness coach in the WQ Community. The coach took a detailed look at Shobha's routine, stress levels and food intake, creating a comprehensive case study.
