An insightful letter by #JonathanCazabonne, a PhD student at the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (#UQAT) and a member of the board of directors of #Mycosphaera, was published in #LeDevoir and co-signed by over 70 individuals representing the majority of Quebec's mycological community, including myself, along with Canadian and international mycologists, directors of organizations, and biodiversity research centers. The letter highlights the importance of protecting fungal biodiversity within Quebec's ecosystems: 'Le Québec doit aussi miser sur les champignons pour préserver la biodiversité.' https://lnkd.in/e-pF8gNV?
