Building on our strong relationship with the Eastwise Group, we have recently been awarded the design and build contract for Phase 1 of Hartfield Place on Swords Road.
Phase 1 consists of 138 No. apartments across two six-storey blocks and site development works.
Many thanks to our development partners Eastwise and Corcom for their continued support and for placing their trust in us to deliver this project. Every new home delivered helps in tackling our country's ongoing housing crisis.

Middlesbrough Gresham Redevelopment has announced Wates Group as their construction contractor for Gresham.
“We’re thrilled to announce a key milestone in our Gresham Regeneration Project with the appointment of Wates, a leading national contractor, to help bring our vision for #Middlesbrough to life.
This transformative first phase includes a 200-bedroom Fairfield by Marriott hotel, over 230 build-to-rent homes, and student accommodation for more than 450 residents, all designed to revitalise the town centre and create a vibrant community.
But this is about more than buildings. Our project will deliver £50 million in social value, support the local supply chain, and provide high-quality living spaces to attract and retain top talent, driving growth in sectors like digital tech and advanced manufacturing.”

Our Oxenford build is almost at the finish line!
Generally our builds go through a typical building approval process (5-6 weeks) with our private certifiers @rocket.ba, however with our clients wanting the build at the front of the block 60 metres away from the main dwelling, this project went through what we call a development application 🏚️
Now what does this mean for you?
If you choose to lodge a development application, this means it will get sent across to the council to review and it is a longer process overall, roughly 3 months all together ⏲️
This also means your application will cost more than a typical building approval. However, to get it in the position you want this may be worthwhile for your overall goal.
We usually recommend staying within your state and council regulations to avoid paying extra fees and having a longer wait time, however for this build in particular it made sense to proceed with the alternative route 🙌

Our team at Synergy UK Scaffolding Ltd is proud to be playing a part in transforming this former Legal & General HQ into Wales’s 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼-𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲.
W͟h͟a͟t͟’͟s͟ ͟H͟a͟p͟p͟e͟n͟i͟n͟g͟ ͟a͟t͟ ͟K͟n͟o͟x͟ ͟C͟o͟u͟r͟t͟?
𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Two new floors are being added, creating a total of 203 co-living homes with shared amenities like a gym, private dining spaces, and a cinema room.
𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: With frontage onto Fitzalan Place, the scheme offers direct access to Newport Road, easy transit options via Queen Street railway station, and walking-distance proximity to Cardiff’s retail and leisure hotspots.
𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: ESG credentials and a target EPC A rating are at the heart of this build, ensuring a future-forward approach to city living.

This scheme, funded by Shawbrook and supported by an equity investment from Housing Growth Partnership (HGP), represents a landmark collaboration. Together, they are enabling Urban Centric to bring much-needed, community-focused housing options to Cardiff’s city center.
