How lovely to see on a Friday afternoon! 🧡
Our tea towels, designed by members of Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone, have gone down a treat. We'll be sharing more about the project soon!
🎉 A special shoutout to Multevo! Our amazing relationship manager picked up this fantastic printed tea towel at Highways UK, and we couldn’t resist showcasing it with our awesome office team! 🌟 We love adding a touch of creativity to our workspace!

Sweaty smiles and sore legs! Just crushed a 14 KM run with our sales superstar, Brett M.. 🏃♂️🏃♀️
It wasn't just about the distance; it was about building stronger bonds and trust within our BALANCED+ team.
Pushing our limits together, side-by-side, translates into a more connected and resilient team in the office too.
Just like on the road, we support each other, celebrate milestones, and tackle challenges head-on. That's how we win, both on the pavement and in the boardroom.
How do you build connections with your team in and out of the office?

Our company offsite in Napa was more than just breathtaking views—
it was about celebrating our wins and forging real connections…
…an essential aspect for a fully remote operating company like ours.
Day 1 kicked off with a dynamic brainstorming session.
The room buzzed with energy as we mapped out bold new strategies.
This in-person collaboration highlighted the undeniable advantage of face-to-face interactions—
We were all fueled through the sheer energy of a collective mission…
And it can't be replicated through a screen.
Another highlight was meeting our partners, the PREZENTIUM team!
Nothing beats shaking hands with folks you've only seen on Zoom.
It really helps put a face to the brilliant work coming from miles away.
Meeting your partners in person is essential in solidifying the trust and teamwork that's critical for mutual success.
Day 2 embodied our work hard, play harder mantra.
From a memorable wine train trip to exploring Napa's stunning landscapes, we got to recharge and bond with one another.
When remote work can feel isolating, these offsites are a must.
They remind us of the power of real human connection and investing in relationships with both our team members and our partners.
Offsites serve to reinforce the shared vision we’re all working towards.
Here's to more unforgettable moments and stronger bonds in the future!

Here are 2 ways to encourage team-building and positivity amongst your customer service agents:
🌟 Schedule team outings. We understand that outings may be difficult for businesses with team members located across the country (or heck, across the globe!), but even digital gatherings or regular team meetings can be a fun respite from work that offer opportunities for agents to connect with one another.
🌟 Offer incentives. Offering rewards to agents who go above and beyond encourages your team to do their best work and support each other through fun, healthy competition.
Happy customer service agents = happy customers
As we kickstart off the week, we are thrilled to showcase even more important moments during our recent team building event. 🙌
During this event, there was an important collaboration between our Marketing Assistant, Bertha, and our Senior Delevoper Andrew. Their joint efforts was a necessity towards improving our services because it ensured seamless integration between technical advancements and marketing strategies.
This collaboration is crucial as it enables our marketing team to align their efforts with the specific features and enhancements that our tech team is working on, ensuring that our marketing initiatives effectively showcase the value and benefits of these developments to our customers.
This collaboration underscores our commitment to cohesive teamwork driving our platform forward through innovation and synergy between departments.
As we move forward, we are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
