Vision is what one sees beyond what eyes can!  This is exactly what Mr. Srikanth Bolla, the unstoppable force behind Bollant Industries, proved through the story. Sitting on the last bench in school he had a hard time socialising, but this didn't stop him from moving forward. In his class 10th, he topped the board exams, but his academic excellence was challenged when he was denied entry into the science stream for class 12th, But again, this didn't stop him from moving forward, filed a case against the board policy, won the case and set a landmark for upcoming candidates like him. A whopping 98% in class 12th, clearly signified that the bright mind could study at a prestigious IIT, but to his dismay, he was not even given an IIT Entrance admit card, not even a shot at the opportunity. But again, this didn't stop him from moving forward, he went on to pursue a technical degree from MIT, USA, and worked wonders like no one could imagine. From facing doubts and limitations due to his visual impairment to breaking barriers and redefining success, Srikant's story is a testament to determination and resilience. Despite the odds, Srikant navigated through challenges with unwavering determination and turned his dreams into reality. Today, Bollant Industries stands tall as a beacon of inclusion and empowerment, providing opportunities for people with disabilities to shine.
