🌟 Celebrating 8 amazing years in Portugal! 🌟 Eight years ago, I made the best decision of my life by moving to Lisbon, I’ve had the chance to face challenges and grow in various sales roles at Kwanko, Cisco, and now at Devoteam. Despite my German roots, unmistakably evident in my last name “Müller”, 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲. I grew up in Frankfurt - a city home to people from almost every country in the world. It’s a true melting pot of traditions, languages and beliefs. Therefore it’s not surprising that from elementary school onwards, I was always surrounded by classmates and friends from diverse backgrounds. This led to me developing an openness towards others at a young age. This path continued during my studies and my professional career at Fresenius Group and Exxeta. I love working in multi-cultural projects and collaborating with people who are different from me because I always take something new away from their experiences. Furthermore, I had the privilege to travel to many countries in my young years. These journeys broadened my horizon and I learned a lot about different cultures and customs. All these experiences and much more have shaped my view on diversity. ► I believe that diversity enriches our personal and professional lives. ► I believe that diversity leads to more innovation and creativity. ► I believe that diversity makes us more successful and resilient. 🚀 Every ending is a new beginning: Off to new adventures 🚀 After an incredible enriching journey at accilium filled with lots of growth, learnings, and unique experiences, I've decided to move on from my current role to explore new opportunities and challenges! Reflecting on my contribution to, and learnings from my projects, I am very proud of our achievements and the significant impact these projects are having in the industry and environment 🌏. 💡 Actively shaping the #ReTraNetz_BB Transformation Strategy for Berlin & Brandenburg which revealed great upcoming opportunities in the mobility sector has been both an honor and a challenge, and will support regional companies within the mobility sector to succeed in the future. 📋 Delving into the intricacies of the #CSRD for strategic implementation of the Double Materiality Analysis for a large infrastructure company provided me with a strong foundation to help organisations understand and leverage this key cornerstone of the sustainability landscape in Europe. 🌱 Facilitating the gradual implementation of the #ViennaClimateGuide towards a climate-friendly city by iteratively formulating assessment structures and conducting in-depth data analysis which earned accilium the 1st place in the Sustainability category at the Best of Consulting Award last year. I‘m very grateful for all of the valuable insights I have gained in my role, especially in the dynamic #mobilitysector and the implications of the new CSRD for the industry and business at large. Furthermore, I’m deeply grateful for my colleagues and mentors, some of whom have been instrumental in shaping my professional path and skills. Special thanks to Oliver Danninger, Dominik André, Melvin Skischus and Peter Allan 🙏 I am now taking the summer to pause and reflect, dedicating time to recharge, explore my passions, and gain deeper insights about my potential next career steps. Thanks to Thomas Mesow I heard about Germany’s new KulturPass an initiative of the German Bundestag together with the Minister of State for Culture, supported by SAP! Everyone turning 18 in 2024 gets a 100€ budget to dive into cultural experiences for free. All through an app powered by SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP), with options ranging from movies and theaters to concerts and museums. The architecture behind is flexible enough for us to adapt it quickly and add new functions as the program expands. And the best part? There are options in every corner of Germany. In Dresden alone, there are over 19,000 experiences by 182 providers waiting!   Glad to spread / support such an initiative, that makes culture so accessible for young people. And if you work with youth, it’s a great chance to get involved! For cultural providers, joining the KulturPass is an excellent way to connect with the next generation, making offerings easily discoverable on a digital platform. It’s a win-win: boost visibility, build long-term connections, and showcase a modern, forward-thinking image in the industry.   This all reinforces something we know well: culture isn’t just for weekends, it’s essential to what brings us together and keeps us inspired. 🌟 Just wrapped up an incredible week at the VivaTech 2024 Summit in Paris with Enguerrand TURCAT and Titouan Verhille! 🌍 This year, Japan was honored as the country of the year, and I had the unique opportunity to engage with numerous Japanese companies on site and discuss innovative IT solutions. 💻 🇯🇵 One of the most exciting moments was witnessing a live intervention by the Prime Minister of Japan, 岸田 文雄 (Fumio Kishida), and engaging with the Japanese delegation present there! 🙌 It was a remarkable experience to gain insights directly from leaders who are shaping the future of technology. 💬 I also had the chance to see Hiroshi Mikitani, chairman and CEO of Rakuten Group Inc., who shared his vision on the future of technology and business concerning mobile networks in the AI age. His presence added significant value to the discussions and highlighted Japan's leading role in the tech world. 🏢 💼 Japan has always been at the forefront of technological innovation, and this summit reinforced its position as a country of great interest for the future. 🌐 The networking opportunities were invaluable, opening doors to potential job opportunities and collaborations with some of the leading minds in the industry. 🤝 💡 VivaTech was a treasure trove of new technologies and cutting-edge innovations, particularly in the realm of AI. 🤖 I had the privilege of attending inspiring conferences featuring renowned speakers like Yann LeCun from Meta, among many others. 📢 The Eureka Global Innovation Summit 2024 begins today in Istanbul, an international benchmark event in innovation and development and coordinated this year by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), with the participation of the @CDTI_innovacion from Spain. 🤲 It brings together global leaders, decision-makers, companies and key research organizations from all over the globe to tackle the most pressing challenges of an ever-changing world.   🤖 We have sent there a poster about our project GIDI, a virtual assistant that monitors chronic and hospitalised patients at home, facilitating and improving the quality of life of people.
