In June, we had the pleasure of meeting Julia Paevska at Aleap and presenting our technology to her. She issued a statement emphasizing the urgent need for a device like LiSa in Ukraine. Nordiq Products is fundraising to enter the next stage of development to provide Julia and other medics worldwide with our life-saving tool. "Thank you for your dedicated work, especially on the development of the LiSa - Life Saver device. I would like to emphasize the significance of this device for the Ukrainian soldiers on the front lines. It plays a crucial role in ensuring their survival. Regarding its application, in Yellow and Green zones during evacuation stages, the use of this device will significantly accelerate the preliminary diagnosis process. This, in turn, will greatly enhance the survival rates of the wounded by providing faster and more comprehensive information within a short period. It will allow for the selection of an optimal strategy for sustaining life, administering appropriate medical care, and more effectively maintaining vital signs. It is also important to note that the device is compact and lightweight, free from unnecessary features, and does not require overly complex or lengthy training for junior medical personnel to use effectively. Thank you once again for your hard work on this critical device. Best regards,з повагою, Юлія Паєвська" https://lnkd.in/d69pXDta Julia Paevska, also known as "Taira," is a renowned Ukrainian paramedic and humanitarian. She gained prominence during the Russo-Ukrainian War for her role in founding "Taira's Angels," a volunteer ambulance corps that provided critical medical care to civilians and soldiers on the front lines. Paevska became a symbol of courage after being captured by Russian forces during the Siege of Mariupol in 2022 and enduring three months of imprisonment. Her release was widely celebrated, and she has received multiple awards for her bravery and contributions to human rights. We need capital to enter the next stage of our development so we can provide medics in Ukraine and the rest of the world with our unique patient monitor, LiSa, the Life Saver. 🤝 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭! 🤝 We're thrilled to announce the ongoing collaboration between Yellowblue Force Foundation and Citi Ukraine, a part of Citigroup. Citi was one of the first corporate donors to support Yellowblue Force initiatives back in early 2022, providing crucial funds for sourcing and delivering power generators to public hospitals near the front line. In 2024, Citi Ukraine and Yellowblue Force have teamed up once again to implement several important initiatives conducted by the medical and Light to Hospitals initiatives of the foundation. With the generous financial support of Citi Ukraine, Yellowblue Force Foundation is now implementing several hugely important initiatives, namely: 𝐈𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚: ► Further development of medical supplies for the treatment at public hospitals in Ukraine of bone trauma in patients who have suffered war-related injuries. The Foundation is supplying osteosynthesis implants, bone substitutes, surgical bone cement, supplies for Vacuum-Assisted Closure (VAC) therapy, as well as external fixation systems. ► Supply of tailored 3D printed patient-specific implants for head and face reconstruction surgeries for patients who have suffered war-related trauma. 𝐈𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚: ► Implementation of three extremely important energy resilience initiatives by the Foundation's Light to Hospitals team. These initiatives involve installing rooftop #solar power stations at three public hospitals in Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil regions. The initiatives are implemented in collaboration with local communities, hospitals, as well as NGO Ecoclub as a technical partner. These initiatives will make a positive impact for dozens of thousands of patients in Ukraine, living in tough circumstances. Both medical and energy resilience initiatives are implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of health of Ukraine, which acts as a partner, sharing information about the needs and verifying the demand. Together with Citi Ukraine, we're making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. 💙💛 #YellowBlueForce #CitiUkraine #MedicalInitiative #EnergyResilience #Collaboration

The FDA’s approval of Traumagel—a plant-based gel designed to rapidly stop bleeding and enhance the body’s natural clotting process—is nothing short of transformative. Why does this matter? In emergency medicine, time is life. For first responders, military personnel, and caregivers in remote areas, the ability to stop bleeding quickly can make the difference between survival and loss. Traumagel represents a critical step forward, merging nature's ingenuity with cutting-edge science to address a longstanding challenge. For Africa, where access to immediate medical care in rural or underserved regions often remains limited, innovations like Traumagel could be pivotal. Imagine its impact on reducing preventable fatalities in settings where advanced medical infrastructure is scarce. Sometimes, the most significant breakthroughs are rooted in simplicity—using plant-based solutions to save lives in the moments that matter most. What’s your take? How do we ensure innovations like Traumagel aren’t limited to well-resourced settings but become accessible to all who could benefit?

You point out so convincingly that there is so much more needed for good health than doctors and nurses! Biological and social determinants matter and both ought to be addressed in our training.
🚑✨ **Ambulance Mission Successful in Ejeda - August 12, 2024** ✨🚑 We would like to share with you a particularly emotional intervention by our team, "Doctors For Madagascar," which took place on August 12, 2024. We received an urgent call regarding a woman about to give birth, located about 50 km from Ejeda, with no means of transport to reach the hospital. ⏳💔 At 6 PM, we set off from Ejeda, our priority being to save the lives of both the mother and the baby. After a four-hour drive in challenging conditions, we arrived at the location at 8 PM and safely transported the woman to SALFA Hospital in Ejeda, where we arrived at 10 PM. 🙏 The chief surgeon at SALFA Ejeda was there to welcome the patient. He and his team diagnosed the need for an immediate C-section and took her directly to the operating room. The surgery was successful, and a happy, healthy baby was born just under an hour later. Both mother and baby are doing well. 🏥👶 A huge thank you to the entire Doctors For Madagascar team on the ground for their dedication and professionalism. We would also like to express our deep gratitude to our partners, the Else Kröner-Fresenius-Stiftung, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (German Corporation for International Development Cooperation), whose invaluable support made this mission possible. Together, we are making a difference! 💪❤️ #doctorsformadagascar #actdontwatch #publichealth #HealthcareForAll
