Laure de La Raudiere, President of the French Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (Arcep), recently delivered an engaging and lucid speech on sustainable IT, which I believe is reshaping Arcep's DNA. The institution, which has historically encouraged the development of competition and innovation, asserts that sustainable IT is not just IT for Green, and, I quote: “I am convinced that these solutions will not be enough”. Our goal?
