While the hydrogen industry is rapidly growing, according to the International Energy Agency (IEA) women only represent 20% of professionals in the dynamic field. As we mark International Women's Day, let's champion diversity and inclusion, empowering more women to lead and innovate in the hydrogen sector.   There are ways you can advocate to improve representation such as encouraging inclusive and collaborative work environments, flexible work schedules and mentoring. Inspiring to listen to the accomplishments of women listed at the #CEC Women in Renewables lunch at #ACES.
