25 in 25 A Better Whitehaven is looking for 25 organizations to join our Member Network in 2025 with the shared goal of increasing collective impact to improve the quality of life in Whitehaven across our 4 critical community well-being indicators: 1. Quality Early Learning- Increase the percentage of 3rd grade students exceeding state reading and math standards in Whitehaven. 2. Living Wage Careers- Increase the number of families living above the federal poverty line in Whitehaven. 3. Safe Neighborhoods- Decrease the rate of violent crime in Whitehaven 4.
