Several of the team from XAIS-PTS have recently completed a 2-day ‘Mental Health First Aider’ course organised by The Lighthouse Charity - The Construction Charity. The course teaches practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of poor mental health, build the confidence to step in and support a person in distress and signpost them to the appropriate help they may need.
