Empowering Female Founders in Biotech: Highlights from Women in Biotech London 2024 🌟 Last night, Innovate UK proudly joined the Women in Biotech panel discussion and Q&A session hosted by the UK BioIndustry Association (BIA). Our Deputy Director, Dr Susanne Coles, joined Bakul Gupta, PhD (CEO, Deliver Biosciences), Susan Hill (CEO, Mestag Therapeutics), and Claire Thompson (CEO, Agility Life Sciences) to tackle the critical topic: Levelling the playing field: grant funding for female founders. Women in Biotech is a vibrant network improving the representation of women at senior levels in the biotech sector.
