We’re rounding up Learning at Work Week by sharing a few stats we’ve found about development opportunities within the workplace. Overall, we found that employees are more likely to stay longer and have higher salaries in companies that invest in their training and development. Companies are also 26% more profitable than those who do not invest in employee learning opportunities. What are your thoughts on these stats? This week is Learning at Work Week, and it seemed right to highlight our extensive learning and development programmes, that our people are able to tap into. HR Director, Neil Young, is a big proponent of how crucial L&D policies can assist individuals. He said: "Career development and tailored training are both things that we pride ourselves on at Bruton Knowles. We provide every member of staff with the opportunity to push themselves and continually develop their attributes. "All our team is given access to GoodHabitz, a platform that offers unlimited access to online training courses - to help aid performance and development, with the flexibility to dip in and out at times that suit them. "We also work closely with RICS to ensure our team are continuing to develop themselves with industry-leading standards and practices, which are at the heart of everything they do." How important do you think strong learning and development policies at work are? Let us know by commenting below. #CareerDevelopment #LearningAtWorkWeek #PersonalDevelopment
