It's clear my CV/resume isn't even getting a human glance. Sometimes I get a rejection in minutes!! It’s obvious no human has read my credentials. While AI can be seen as progression and has some great applications and I am sure it can streamline some parts of the hiring process, are recruiters relying on it too much? I understand the need to filter applicants, but qualified candidates like myself are falling through the cracks. What can we do about it? Humanize the process: Recruiters, let's use AI as a tool, not a crutch. Take the time to review applications that seem like a good fit, even if the keywords don't perfectly match. Optimize for AI (without sacrificing clarity): For us job seekers, it seems using relevant keywords in our CV/resumes is more important than ever.
