CEO @ AOSA - Helping B2Bs Eliminate Manual Bus Dev Work and Leverage AI To Grow Their Firm // $100Ms of Pipeline and Sales Delivered With Our Scalable Personalization Approach and Sales Trainings

Just got off the phone with an IT staffing company who is set to disrupt how hiring is done in their niche. They stand above the noise because their platform allows for UI and UX experience similar to a consumer app. You get matched with the best talent, swipe and hire, and regardless of where the engineer is based, hiring, payment and onboarding is all handled seamlessly. This company is part of a small segment of recruiting and staffing firms we work with that are hyper focused on operational efficiency and client centric delivery. These are the firms we pride ourselves on working with because they are constantly thinking on how to enable their business through technology and AI. When I showed them the automations and workflows we developed like: + The Struggling Hiring Manager play which allows them to reach out to decision makers of stale job posting at perfect fit companies + Prescient Recruiter plays that allow them to find hiring managers before job openings arise + And candidate tracking strategies that allow them to automatically reach out to ideal fit candidates who are certain to be passively looking before reaching out I feel bad for the 100+ person recruiting and staffing firms who’ve gotten to the point that they’ve gotten now with outdated processes. Many know they must do something now. But they are victims of their success and find it hard to turn around the Titanic. But it’s exactly what they must do if they will successfully compete 5 years down the road!

Your automations and workflows are incredible. Indeed, those that aren't with it WILL be left behind.
