🎯 The "Work-from-Home Sales Pro" - A Parody (or is it)? 🎯........................... 📺 Picture this: a "salesman" who’s revolutionised the art of remote work. Sporting his finest swimming trunks, he commands the couch like a true king, with a remote in one hand and a snack in the other. 🏡 Home Office Setup: Couch: Ergonomically designed for maximum lounging. Television: The ultimate multi-tasking tool. Netflix? Market research. Cooking shows? Client lunch ideas. Snacks: Strategically placed for optimum reach. Phone: Occasionally used for "business" calls, mostly used for scrolling memes. 📈 Productivity Tips from Our Expert: Energy Conservation: Why move when you can reach? Saves time and calories. Client Calls: Perfect background noise – who doesn’t love a little TV buzz during a pitch? Dress Code: Business on the top (for that occasional Zoom call), party on the bottom (swimming trunks for ultimate comfort). Remember, in the world of remote work, balance is key. And by balance, I mean balancing the TV remote while making those high-stakes sales calls! 😂 #WorkFromHome #RemoteWorkLife #Sales #ProductivityHacks #ParodyPost

Got to say, as someone who often works remote, I enjoy getting up to the office when I can. I know lots of people like to work from home and don't get me wrong sometimes it's nice. Though as someone who spends lots of time traveling to see customers. it's nice to catch up with the team in the office. Definitely feel like there is something to be said about getting in to the office and seeing your colleague face to face. As many sales teams and teams in general become more remote. I think its more important that ever we make an effort to meet up when we can. What's everyone's opinion on working from home compared to the office? #sales #business #remotework #office

Sales and flexible working hours - Can this be a match? I would say yes. Or at least partly. A large part of my job consists of client meetings. And there I'm obviously dependent to normal working hours, so they can join. I guess only a few of them would accept a call at 10pm 😅 Same goes for our internal meetings, another big part of my job. What we do here is to limit them to two days. Our sales meeting and 1:1 on Tuesday, meetings with other teams and our all hands on Thursday. The meetings take up about half of my working time. Additionally, I have daily blockers for phone calls during typical office hours. The rest of my time are tasks, mails, research. Here I'm super flexible because it doesn't matter if I do it at 9am or 9pm 🙌🏻 At the end, I do most of my work during normal office hours because it's easier to communicate with my coworker, my partner is working, and my son is in Kindergarten and I prefer spending time with them. But if they are here, and I have no meetings, I can do something with them and continue my work later. #techsales #newwork

When the Going Gets Tough… Do You Work from Home? 🤔 Sales isn’t a walk in the park—it’s all about relationships, persistence, and showing up. Office perks: Team brainstorms = fresh ideas and solutions 💡 The energy from coworkers keeps you motivated ⚡ A strong culture keeps everyone accountable and on track 💪 WFH perks: Fewer distractions = laser focus 🎯 No commute = extra time to crush your goals ⏳ A cozy environment helps you stay stress-free 🛋️ Personally, I find there’s something about being in the office during crunch time—collaborating, problem-solving, and pushing through challenges together. But hey, I know everyone works differently. So, what’s your go-to? Are you all about office buzz, or do you thrive in WFH mode? And for those in automotive sales—what setup keeps you firing on all cylinders? 🚗💼 #Auto #WFH #Debate #Automotive

We moved to Mexico 🇲🇽 about a month and a half ago. It's been a ton of fun, but also really overwhelming. Between moving houses, Luca adapting to his new kindergarten, and getting all the admin in order, we've been in constant motion. As a result, my personal life and my professional life suffered. I was barely able to work for 2 hours a day, while being constantly interrupted. I couldn't purse any project seriously. I was running on autopilot. So, last Monday, I stopped everything, and spent a few hours reorganizing my day. Here's what I did: Step 1: Listed my projects and tasks I sat down and checked all the important projects and related tasks I needed to focus on to make Q4 successful. Step 2: Did an audit of my day Then I took some time list everything I was doing on a daily basis. Personal stuff, professional stuff, everything. I realized my lack of organization made me less present for my family, while I was with them, and less focused on my work, while I was working. Step 3: Reorganized my day I wiped out my calendar, and created rituals around the important projects and tasks I needed to focus on. I added recurring blockers to protect these rituals (prospecting routines, content building blocks, etc.) It's been a week and a half, but I've already achieved more than in one month. I'm more present for my family. I'm focused when working. I work out every day. I've even been able to start a side business with all the free time I created. Working (and selling) remotely is amazing. But it requires self-discipline, and the capacity to pause and reorganize your day. If you've been struggling with balancing your work and your personal life as a remote salesperson, then I have something for you. I'm launching a 1:1 remote sales productivity session. It's a 45-min individual session where we'll: - Work on listing your strategic projects and tasks - Do an audit of your current schedule to identify what can be improved - Reorganize your day to make sure you can create balance between your work and your personal life And you can get it for 50% off if you're one of the 5 first people to sign up, and you do it before tonight 11:59PM Mexico City Time. Find the 📌 to grab it.

Would love to get your thoughts on this one... I'm an advocate for remote work, but I'm not anti-office. I've just built a department over the last 3.5 years where we were 90% wfh and 10% in-office, based on how we spent our days on average. I know a lot of solely in-office advocates in my network. I've spent most of my career in an office. I often hear this side of the argument for the benefit of being in-office: "It's so valuable to learn from each other and listen to other's calls" I agree. But I'm not 100% convinced that the typical office is optimised for this. In my experience, the reality of in-office is this: → Reps can only listen to other ad-hoc calls when they are not busy themselves → Reps often go to private areas to concentrate on calls anyway → When multiple people are calling at the same time, it's often detrimental to the prospect due to background noise → Other departments struggle to concentrate due to the noise of ongoing calls (Product, Marketing, CS, Tech) → Several office cultures are clashing with one another It might just be that the environments I've been exposed to are not truly optimsed for this type of work. But, my gut tells me that this is at least a common problem. Tell me... 💆🏻♂️ Do you feel heard? 🙋🏻♀️ Do you agree? 🤷🏻♂️ Do you disagree? Being a salesperson in a remote setting has its benefits: flexible hours, a warm home office, avoiding daily traffic and spending time with my cats. But as an extrovert, I sometimes miss the office's energy, the chats, team lunches, and brainstorming sessions. So, how do extroverts stay connected while WFH? here are a few tips that have worked for me so far: - Schedule virtual coffee breaks and catch-up chats and block time on calendars for informal chats. - Embrace video calls, Turn on your camera for meetings, even quick check-ins. Seeing faces adds a personal touch and fosters a sense of connection. - Consider a co-working space. It could be a great way to change up your scenery, network with other professionals and get a social fix. What are your best tips for staying connected while working remotely? #remotework #sales #extroverts #teamwork #connections #wellbeing #coworking

Decided to switch up the office view today! 🌞💻 Trading my desk for a cozy corner at home – complete with my favorite mug, “The Boss,” and some much-needed natural light. Who says you can’t change the world from the couch? In sales, it's all about adapting and making the most out of every situation. Today, it's a more relaxed atmosphere, but the grind never stops. Whether in a boardroom or my living room, the goal remains the same: building relationships and driving success. Remember, it’s not just about where you work, but how you work. So here’s to making every space a productive space! 💪🏽 #SalesLife #WorkFromHome #RemoteWork #Productivity #ChangeOfScenery #insightsoftware #CertentEquityManagement
