Good partnering practice can change lives! No one organisation can do it alone! Tassie’s superpower is connection and collaboration! Too often we focus on the outputs and results of a program, a necessary objective, without focusing on the strengths of the partnerships that create the results. We know that partnership must be more than a transactional agreement, but we don’t always stop to think about HOW we partner or what creates a successful partnership. This award recognises, the trust of the respective leads of agencies and organisation Boards who had faith that working in a different way would and does make a difference. It recognises the teams on the ground who have worked hard to ensure the partnership was a success and ultimately deliver creative (outside the box) service responses to provide families with opportunities for children to have bright lives and positive futures.
