There are only two weeks left of this year. What do you plan to accomplish this week that you haven't started yet? Is it because you haven't had the time (perhaps it’s not a priority), or are you procrastinating because it feels outside your comfort zone? Start the book, watch the podcast, sign up for the certification, volunteer, apply for that job, reach out to a friend, connect with the stranger, learn the new skill, take the class, buy that tool, do the research, book the trip, or take that first step to get involved. Anything worthwhile takes courage, and we are never guaranteed more time. So, do it now while you can.

How authentic are our connections, really? I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer Hill, an entrepreneur who stepped away from her legal recruiting company in 2018 and now channels her energy into fostering connections through her SaaS company, Optimatch, and her podcast, "Regarding Consciousness." Jennifer sheds light on what she calls the "golden triangle of connection"—connecting to oneself, to others, and to one's purpose. Jennifer also shares... 1. How addressing internal issues can prevent ineffective decision-making. 2. Techniques for managing conflict by understanding differing team motivators. 3. The importance of seeing others as their younger selves to foster empathy. Want to learn how to achieve connection in a meaningful way? Tune in below!

“Show me your friends and I’ll show you your future” - Dan Peña I think I’ve heard this phrase 100s of times. But is it true? I think it absolutely is. Undoubtedly, the people you spend the most time with have the biggest impact on who you become. This includes your spouse! (sidebar: choose that one so wisely. The impact he or she will have on you is so profound.) It’s been 5 years and 7 months of building The Synergetic Culture® Company. “WHO” the organization was back then has shifted, evolved, and grown over these years. Then the Podcast came along 2 years and 7 months ago. 42 episodes and 21 guests later… There are so many friends that have influenced who I’ve become and what the Synergetic Culture® podcast is all about. _________ I’m so grateful for “who” all these friends and influences are in my life and in the life of The Synergetic Culture® Company! People like: Lisa Bigazzi Tilt, Billy Boughey, Jeff Minnichbach, Tara Horstmeyer, Will Slappey ☁️🖥☎️🔒, Brandon Pipkin, & Trey McKnight _________ Ps. There is more on the way… in 2024 The Synergetic Culture® Company kicked off a new component to our organization: Consulting Services I’ll be share more in the coming weeks.

🏡 What are the conversations that shape your world? Around the kitchen table, we often talk about the things that matter most—whether it’s family, community, the environment, or social issues. These discussions reflect our deepest values and the causes that drive us to take action. So I want to ask you: 🌟What important conversations are happening at your kitchen table? What are the issues or causes you find yourself thinking and talking about the most?🌟 Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments or send me a message privately. Let’s start a conversation that matters. I am creating a podcast related to those things that we talk about, around our kitchen table. #KitchenTableTalks #ConversationsThatMatter #PassionAndPurpose #HeartToHeart

If you want to build a REAL community around your brand (and yes, you should want to build one!), you need to answer this one critical question 👇 🌟 “What do I want to unify people around?” That unification point will become the connective tissue that brings people together. And when you have this point of unification, you stop being the only node in the network. And *that* is when you stop being a liability because now you have a shared, aspirational identity as the rallying cause for connection. What’s the unification point that’s connecting people to your brand and one another? ❤️ Tip: If you can’t answer that question in 5 seconds or less, do yourself a favor and listen to “3 Steps To Help Turn Your Audience Into Your Community” with @llindseyschwartz on The Influential Personal Brand Podcast: https://lnkd.in/eQXyzGgm #missiondriven #missiondrivenbusiness #heartcenteredentrepreneur

Whether you're aiming to grow your business or simply getting the kids to toss their laundry in the basket (not on the floor), adding a reason WHY can make all the difference! This week on the podcast, @minalsampatllc shared a powerful reminder: It’s not just about what we do, but why we do it that counts. Sharing the 'why' enriches every interaction, transforming simple exchanges into meaningful connections. It’s about adding transparency, understanding, and depth to our actions. Why attend an event? Why engage in a project? The answers to these questions do more than clarify intent—they ignite inspiration and help create community and meaning. Challenge yourself to seek and share the 'why' in your own life. Watch how it shifts your experiences and deepens connections.
