Whopping 25 thousands four hundred and 91 tech jobs opening in Tier2 cities right now. When #TechMahindra opened office in #Chandigarh; they tried recruiting in Chandigarh but no luck. All techies were in Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad. Then HR said, whoever want to shift to Chandigarh can shift. Suddenly it was full in a month! Shocking isn't it. One who lived whole life in Pune shifted because they were from Punjab, Hariyana. We have lots of dilemma that in tier2 how will I switch? My market value will be down and what not. This problem is not wrong. But there is easy solution to it. If you want to switch, put address in resume of Pune or Hyderabad and you are done. Bengaluru is anyways saturated. Secondly, if you are living on rent, you can mobile to any part of India, what's the problem? But in tier2 you may make a fortune, you can save tons. So if your HR allowing to move near your home, why not? Remember, if you will not take the chance - someone else will, once it is full, you will keep regretting. 25 thousands looks too many, but there are many takers! The transition fro tier 1 to tier2 is once in a lifetime opportunity, cash it!
