Over 76,000 applications of disputes at NCAT as noted in the annual NCAT report. I would love to this number come down. More time and effort in educating people of their responsibilities, coupled with patience and an understand of the other parties point of view always needed. #propertymanagement #disputeresolution

PTCL.Official my recent experience with your service has been extremely frustrating. For the past two weeks, I've been facing continuous issues with my internet connection. Despite registering multiple complaints, there has been no resolution, and communication from your end has been minimal. I did receive a call from a service agent, but unfortunately, they lacked the necessary technical knowledge to assist with my networking issues. It seems like the support team is only equipped for new installations, not for solving ongoing problems. What makes it worse is the absence of a direct line to speak to someone who can genuinely understand and address my concerns. As a long-time customer, I expected more from PTCL in terms of support and responsiveness. I urge PTCL to look into this matter and improve their customer service. This level of support is unacceptable, and I hope to see a prompt response and resolution to my issue. #PTCL #CustomerService #InternetIssues #Networking #SupportNeeded

Thanks IPAA WA Young Professional Committee (YPC) for the first ever YPC end of year sundowner!! It was great connecting with other young professionals across the public sector. I always walk away from these events knowing more about the different roles government plays throughout everyones lives. It’s great to hear how this is done from the young professionals behind the scenes!! Looking forward to the YPC conference in the new year 🎉 #connections #government #youngprofessionals #publicsector #ypcevent #networking #community #government #growth #learning #connections

FS - v - SSHD 2 Another success in the Upper Tribunal against the SSHD! Following my previous post, our client's in country application as a skilled worker was rejected as invalid, citing incomplete course requirements. We issued proceedings and the SSHD swiftly agreed to reconsider the decision within one month and also agreed to pay our client's costs. (FS -v- SSHD 1) The undertaking was provided by the SSHD in a consent order to make a decision within one month. However, despite assurances, the SSHD did not deliver on their promise within the stipulated timeframe. In response, I challenged the decision with a Pre Action letter citing previous consent order and highlighting the urgency of the matter. Despite the urgency of the matter, the SSHD failed to respond to our letter and I took swift action and filed legal proceedings once again. As soon as the proceedings were served, the SSHD promptly acknowledged their omission and offered a settlement. I am pleased to announce that our perseverance has paid off. The SSHD has now granted our client a skilled worker visa and has agreed to cover the costs of the proceedings, which could have been easily avoided. Our client is very happy with this favorable outcome. If you or anyone you know is facing similar situation, feel free to reach out. #Skilledworker #Litigation #Costs
