In This Thanksgiving week, I’m taking a moment to appreciate the teams that turn vision into reality. When I think back on the biggest wins in my career, there’s one thing they all have in common—they weren’t solo efforts.  - Every achievement,  - Every milestone, and - Every problem solved was a result of a team working together.  It was a result of bringing their best  Believing in the common vision and  Making the impossible happen. Early on, I thought leadership meant having all the answers and carrying the weight of the business myself.  But real leadership isn’t about doing it all—it’s about empowering others to succeed. I remember a time when I had to trust my team with a high-stakes project.  Letting go wasn’t easy, but they didn’t just meet expectations. They crushed them.  That moment wasn’t just about the project’s success.  It was a reminder that the right team doesn’t just follow—they lead alongside you. Great teams don’t just show up. They thrive when you trust them, inspire them, and let them own their roles. So, as we celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to say thank you to every team member who’s taken a vision and turned it into results.  Leadership matters, but it’s the team that truly drives success. So today I want you to do one thing:  Take a moment to reflect on your team today.  Their effort, creativity, and resilience are the heartbeat of your business. A good day for Dollar Tree, as it’s Q3 results exceeded expectations! 📈Strong merchandising efforts, higher foot traffic, and the launch of 249 new stores drove profit and revenue gains. The Family Dollar review is progressing steadily, with 670 underperforming stores closed and 25 more to come.
