Reed, a 40-year-old injury survivor who found new hope with the EESystem at Maahi Wellness. Reed’s life took a drastic turn after a severe boating accident in October 2022. Despite enduring multiple surgeries and a long recovery process, he struggled with chronic pain, limited mobility, and emotional frustration. #Challenges he experienced before coming in for the EESystem 1️⃣ Debilitating Pain and Stiffness - He would wake up and feel immense pain and stiffness, which would not subside much. 2️⃣ Swelling in his leg - He experienced persistent swelling in his leg, causing significant pain and discomfort. 3️⃣ Restricted Mobility - Everyday activities like cleaning or even walking around the house became frustratingly difficult. He continued longboarding, but it left him in excruciating pain, significantly impacting his quality of life. ‼️ How he found the EESystem Reed first learned about the EESystem through UnifydHealing on YouTube. After researching further, he decided to visit Maahi Wellness, the closest center to him. ‼️ Number of hours in the EESystem so far Over 200 hours across 2.5 months. Reed initially spent six hours in the EESystem and saw remarkable improvements. He joined the Unlimited Hours Pilot Program to further explore how much he could heal and has since completed over 200 hours in the EESystem. #Recovery Here are some of the transformational changes he's seen… ➡️ Pain Relief - Reed’s morning pain levels dropped dramatically from 9 out of 10 to about a 2 or 3 after only his first six hours. Now, after spending over 200 hours in the EESystem, he wakes up completely pain-free. This has significantly improved his quality of life. ➡️ Boosted Energy Levels - Reed’s energy levels has increased drastically, which has given him more energy to go about his day. ➡️ Enhanced Immunity - Even as others around him were getting sick, Reed didn't and he attributes this to his stronger immune system. ➡️ Reduced Swelling - He now has better circulation which has led to noticeable reductions in swelling and discomfort. ➡️ Enhanced Sensation in His Foot - Reed has experienced nerve regeneration, with sensation improving from 2/10 to 4/10. ➡️ Stronger Community Connection - Reed finds joy and inspiration in the community aspect of his healing journey, witnessing others' positive changes and emotional breakthroughs. The CDC says we need to move for 150 minutes everyday. This can look like walking, running, biking, rowing, hiking, swimming etc. When we move many amazing things happen like.... 1)heart is protected 2) risk of dementia lowers 3) energy levels go up 4) blood pressure goes down 5) risk of chronic disease lowers 6) lifespan and healthspan increase So many wonderful reasons to move.
