The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has launched the Arizona Transportation Institute (AZTI), a collaborative initiative uniting experts from the state's three public universities to conduct vital research in transportation safety, sustainability and efficiency! Headquartered at the University of Arizona, AZTI has received an initial investment of $6.5 million from ADOT, with plans for continued funding over the next two years, potentially totaling $11.5 million.
