Here is a brief explanation of The Nothum Progress Volume #5: BatterPro 👇
◼️ Page 1: The need for a machine to apply breading and liquids simultaneously, thus the Tempura Coater was created. Based on the illustrations, this early machine featured a predust, then a liquid batter submerge, and finally breading. It was compatible with poultry, seafood, vegetable, and other meat products.
◼️ Page 2: An early newspaper clipping revealed the tempura coater with other early Nothum machines. Did you know we also had machines to form products and freeze them? 😲
◼️ Page 4: Year over year, and modification after modification; Nothum produced the 1999 BatterPro. Combining four essential functions in one machine! Creating waves of innovation in the food processing industry! 💡
◼️ Page 5: Eventually, to have a cohesive look on the BatterPro, an entire uniframe body and hood were added. Now an all-stainless steel BatterPro HDX exists. This updated machine eliminated all blue plastics in the machine with several upgraded features.
