🚀 Hiring Alert for Freshers! 🚀 We are excited to offer a paid internship at DRIM Global, with the possibility of a full-time position after three months. Position: Intern in the CEO’s Office Responsibilities: -Assist with HR tasks, including building the right culture, organizing fun events, and driving community-building initiatives. -Conduct research and handle business administration tasks. -Work closely with me on various projects. Future Growth Opportunities: -Become an HR Executive at DRIM -Lead Business Administration -Become a Personal Assistant and work directly with me This is a paid internship for three months, after which we will evaluate the potential for a full-time role together. Working closely with me can be challenging 😂 I often respond with “I don’t know” or “What do you think?” but I enjoy explaining the logic, answering the "whys", and the results we aim to achieve. Plus, you can expect to receive books as gifts frequently! This is a hybrid opportunity, and ideally, the candidate should be located in Bangalore. If you know any freshers eager to start their career journey, please share this opportunity with them. In case, you wonder why we prefer hiring a fresher over an experienced HR executive, admin, or PA. From my experience, the first job significantly shapes one’s mindset. We are a product of the first companies we join and where we learn. After numerous interviews, I’ve found that developing the right mindset from the start is easier than adjusting it later to fit DRIM’s culture.
