This is my 100th LinkedIn Love Letter!

This is my 100th LinkedIn Love Letter!

First of all THANK YOU for being on this journey with me, what a ride it's been so far - and it ain't slowing down any time soon. Yet, I can notice the change in scenery, and how I experience it.

Incredible things happen when you're owning it. And what do I mean by that?

Growing up is all about experiences - and how we learn to perceive them. What meaning do we give them? Do we allow them to define us? The same goes for growing up in business.

We encounter mis-takes, we celebrate success, we may or may not learn from it - and the more we grow up (which is often not particularly age-related), the more we start owning it.

In other words, you find the roots in your behaviour, responses and decisions within yourself. Everything you see in life is the result of your decisions - most importantly of the meaning you give them - and that goes hand in hand with owning it.

We have the opportunity to learn about what we create, by opening up to what shaped us.

Lately I have delved a lot deeper into ancestral work - epigenetics is still a hot topic in my world. It has opened up my view, my heart and my thinking. And as a result of it, I experience more flow in my world, my heart and my thinking.

When we shift our perspective, we inevitably gain a different view. I make myself responsible for even more things than ever before, which is all a part of owning it, such as:

  • my circles - who do I hang out with, and how does that affect my life?
  • my thoughts, the ones that don't serve me - this awareness immediately infused my actions!
  • my parenting - owning the provider within me, and politely asking the critic to step aside.
  • my business - who I collaborate with, who I trust, what I offer, and who I hold space for
  • my heart - I honour the healing that takes time, and I honour the healing that has already transpired and shines through every interaction in my daily living - I feel deepest gratitude for the work I do around healing, and I own it!

Today I invite you to look at your circles closely:

  • the ones who shaped you - send them Love
  • the ones who supported you - thank them with all your heart
  • the ones who are your CheerSquad - shower them with gratitude
  • and the ones that might have hurt you - it is time to let go, and thank them for the lessons on your way out - this too is about owning it.

I am truly grateful for you, reading my LinkedIn Love Letters and sharing them.

My heart is always open for your feedback.

With Love

Marie x
