The 3 positive effects of communities

What’s up, Nathalie? Almost two months without any newsletter? But what's going on? Where are your commitments to your community of readers? This is the dialogue my dear inner jackal has been having with me for the past few days, and he is right! Because I believe in the power of transformation of communities that share the same ambitions. So I'm returning to you today with a theme that won't surprise you: three positive collateral effects of communities.

I admit it; I am addicted to communities.

·       I have to say that in my house, it already starts with my relatives! When you are the mother of a blended family of 5 children, the community expands very quickly with spouses, grandchildren (yes, I am a grandmother, and they call me Nonna), brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts, cousins, grandparents, etc... My first community of heart is my family. And in 2022, it has been welded together like never before to go through new and challenging moments. I love them dearly, and I am immensely grateful to them.

·       And then there is also my community of friends, those to whom I have given my trust and who give me theirs. Our friendship is precious, and we take great care of it. Together we know how to create delicious and joyful moments. And our doors are always open to help each other.

·       Finally, my professional communities are the ones I create with my programs for individuals or organizations. And the ones I am part of, like the Mindvalley community I joined several years ago and whom I met in "real life" last weekend in Paris (see the picture).

Today I would like to share with you three positive collateral effects of communities. And I hope this will make you want to join or create your own "tribes" even more.

1. Alleviate the loneliness of the leader, manager, CEO, or entrepreneur.

Did you know there is a straightforward and quick way to access a community of unparalleled experts always at your service to help you step back and act more consciously? If your answer is no, I suggest you read the article I published this week in BrainZ Magazine.

2. Amplify the positive impact of people in your network.

Community spirit begins with the desire to connect people because one thinks/feels they can meet their individual needs. You become a kind of impact amplifier of the individuals you put in relation. I'm a connection weaver, and I love it! I create a spark, and I let the magic of the encounter do its work. How have you facilitated the connection of people in your network? What were the benefits for everyone?

3. Getting out of your comfort zone in safety.

I am part of several group programs for personal and professional development (I am currently training in hypnosis and sophrology). I learned a lot, and above all, I discovered extraordinary people. Their support gives me the courage to try new practices and to show my vulnerability without being judged. And I offer them the same support. What community could you join to help you spread your wings even wider?

I wish you as many happy moments as I have in your various communities! The ones you are part of and the ones you will create.

Do you want to virtually meet other pioneering leaders committed to a more humane world while gaining leadership and impact? In that case, I suggest you join The Wise Lead program, which starts in January (webpage to come). More than 350 international women scientists have benefited from this program in 2022 (I'll tell you more about it soon,) and I'm eager to expand it to as many people as possible. I will accompany you with seven virtual and interactive workshops of 2 hours and four online Q&A sessions. Would you like to know more about the topics covered? Please send me a DM.
