3 Signs Your Energy isn’t Grounded & How to Ground

We're entering the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and end of the year. This means it's a common time to unplug or check out with all that's going on. And you'll check back into your energy in January - when life calms back down? Does this sound familiar?

Not being grounded is something I see all the time at the end of the year. There's a lot of stress, triggers and family. Some of the end of the year things make you want to unground.

The biggest problem with not being grounded is that your energy is going to be all over the place. When this happens it’s hard for you to make a decision, especially one that will help you move forward.

As a Medium, the easiest way for me to know if you’re grounded or not is to look at your energy. I can read your energy and know if you’re grounded or not. I can see if you aren’t anchored or if you're floating and I help you ground so you can be on your best path. 

So how do you know if you’re grounded or not? Here are the top signs I see in my work as a Spiritual Medium:

1. You Feel Like You are Floating

Do you feel like you’re floating? Does everything seem like a good idea but you know it’s not?

This literally feels like you floating in the air. This means that you energetically flying in the air like a kite or a balloon. It energetically looks like you’re not touching the Earth. 

The problem with this is that you’re not anchored to the ground. Things will seem better than they are. You’ll find you have a hard time making decisions. In this energetic place, everything feels good even if it’s not. 

Any decisions you make from this energetic place you’re often going to have to redo once you are grounded because they weren't the right decisions to help you actually move forward.

If you feel like you’re floating - you’re not grounded. You’ll notice when you bring in the White Light you have a hard time bringing it through your feet and into the Earth.

2. You Feel OFF

You don't feel like yourself.

You may even feel completely indifferent to your life and it feels like your life is happening around you. You want to care, you just can't - you don't have the energy to try.

Your energy feels off to you. This may show up as you feeling scattered, forgetful, impulsive or not like yourself. You’ll also notice when you bring in the White Light you have a hard time bringing it in through the top of your head. Hint: you have a block here to remove so you can bring in the White Light. This will help you.

Don’t continue to push through this. If you feel off, fix it right away. Ask yourself what you need to do right now to feel grounded and aligned? How can I move forward on my best path?

3. You’re not Moving Forward

I see this often. You know what you need to do, but you don’t want to do it so you CHECK OUT - literally.

An easy way to not move forward is to unground your energy. But often once you unground, you don’t know how to ground again or it's a long time before you decide to reground. 

If you feel stuck and you know you’re not moving forward, this is a big sign that you have to ground your energy.

Again, the biggest problem I see when you’re not grounded is that you’re not going to move forward anywhere in your life, least of all on your best path. You will also have a lower vibrational energy.

How to Ground Your Energy

Once you know your energy isn't grounded, you should want to ground it right away.

When you ground your energy you will feel better, you'll know how to move forward and you'll know exactly what feels right for you.

Such a great reminder! The end of the year can be hectic, but staying grounded really helps keep us focused.
